At BioPeptra, we strive to provide the highest quality research compounds. Due to the sensitive nature of our products and strict laboratory safety protocols, our refund and return policy is as follow

Returns of Research Products

Safety Protocol: To maintain the integrity of our chemical compounds, we cannot accept returns on any opened or tampered vials.
Research Integrity: Once a product leaves our controlled environment, we cannot guarantee its stability if returned, therefore all sales are generally final.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive a shipment that is damaged or contains the wrong items, we will rectify the situation immediately:

Reporting: You must report any damage or order discrepancies within 48 hours of delivery.
Evidence: Please provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product labels to support@biopeptra.com.
Replacement: Upon verification, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost to yo

Refund Eligibility

Non-Shipped Orders: You may request a full refund if your order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the courier service, we will either issue a full refund or reship the order.

Processing Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through your original method of payment.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

Research Use Disclaimer

Refunds will not be issued based on the results of your laboratory experiments.
Our products are sold strictly for Laboratory Research Use Only and not for human or animal consumption.
